Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, our simple process ensures a stress-free experience for every mama.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn garments, with all original tags attached, back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Generate Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
